This Return Policy should be read in conjunction with the Livvy Website Terms of Use.

Please note that in addition to your rights set out in this policy, you may also have the ability to cancel an order in connection with our Cancellation Policy.

Returns

In addition to the returns process outlined below, you also have a statutory right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see the section titled "Right to change your mind" for more information on this separate right.

You may return any Livvy products for any reason within 30 days of the date we accepted your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange (except where a product is faulty). If a product is faulty, you can return it up to 3 months from the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return (except where a product is faulty), your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Before initiating a return, please contact us at hello@livvyhomes.com — we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.

Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A flat return shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for all returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

To avoid delays in processing, please include a note in the package with your Email Address and Order Number.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, we’ll cover reasonable and evidenced postage costs incurred in returning it to us (excluding packaging costs). You will receive a full refund including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund (minus the return shipping fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of confirmation.

If rejected, we’ll return the product to you at your expense and charge this cost to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please check with your bank or card provider. If further help is needed, contact us at hello@livvyhomes.com and include your order number.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange and your return is approved, we’ll send out your replacement item. Please note, shipping times may vary based on your location.

Right to change your mind

You have the right to cancel your order (including subscriptions) within 14 days of receiving your first full delivery.

To cancel, notify us via email or our website within the 14-day window, and return the products to us within another 14 days at your own cost.

We’ll refund the cost of the products and (where applicable) standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return. We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund if the products have been used beyond what is necessary to assess them.
