Return Policy
This Return Policy should be read in conjunction with the Livvy Website Terms of Use and Subscription Terms.
In addition to the rights in this policy, you may also have the ability to cancel an order in line with our Cancellation Policy.
Returns (Non-Subscription & First-Time Subscription Orders)
You may return any Livvy products for any reason within 30 days of the date we accepted your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange (except where a product is faulty).
To be eligible for a return (except where a product is faulty), your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Before initiating a return, please contact us at hello@livvyhomes.com— we’ll provide you with a return shipping label.
A flat return shipping fee of $12.20 will be charged for all returns and deducted from your refund.
Returns for Recurring Subscription Orders
For recurring subscription orders (i.e., orders after your first subscription delivery):

Once your recurring order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be refunded.

This is because subscription orders automatically process based on the frequency selected at checkout, and products are prepared/packed immediately.
If you no longer wish to receive future subscription deliveries, you can cancel anytime from your account portal before the next charge date.
We always send reminder emails ahead of each delivery to help you manage, skip, or edit upcoming orders.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, we’ll cover reasonable postage costs for the return. You will receive a full refund including shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund (minus the return shipping fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
If rejected, we’ll return the product to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange and your return is approved, we’ll send your replacement item (shipping times may vary).
Right to Change Your Mind (First Subscription Delivery Only)
You have the right to cancel your first subscription order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel under this right, notify us within 14 days, and return the products within another 14 days at your own cost.
We’ll refund the cost of the products and standard shipping (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
This “change of mind” right does not apply to recurring subscription deliveries, which cannot be refunded once processed.
