Cancellation Policy

Through our website, we offer:

  • Products as a subscription; and

  • The opportunity to pre-order products before their official release.

This Cancellation Policy should be read in conjunction with our Return Policy and Website Terms of Use.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their cycle.

You can cancel or update your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal or by contacting our Customer Service team at hello@livvyhomes.com

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel your subscription at least 3 days before your next renewal date.

If payment for a recurring subscription order has already been processed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
This is because recurring subscription deliveries are prepared and packed immediately once the cycle renews.

If you wish to stop future recurring charges, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal.

For your first subscription order only, you may have additional rights — please refer to the Right to Change Your Mind section in our Return Policy.

Your order confirmation emails include a link where you can manage your subscription.


Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is either out of stock or coming soon.

We may collect either:

  • full payment,

  • a partial deposit, or

  • no payment upfront (charged later when your order is fulfilled).

If your pre-order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you may cancel it and receive a full refund of any amount paid.

If your pre-order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still be eligible for a refund or exchange — please refer to our Return Policy.
